  • When it comes to refunds, you have two options:

(1) Cash Refund
We offer 100% cash refunds for any/all item(s) in your order. Your refund will be processed to whatever payment method you used when placing your order upon receipt of the returned product.

(2) Exchange with another merchandise
We offer exchange item by equivalent amount, you will need to top-up for higher value goods, or we will return the balance for lower value goods.

  • Please take note that only reason(s) stated below are eligible for return & refund:-

(1) Incorrect item sent

(2) Defect item

  • You have [7] calendar days to make a return/exchange for a manufacturer’s defective item and/or items that were wrongly sent from the date you received it.
  • If a defective item is still in possession and not returned after [7] days from the date received it will be considered as human-caused defects.
  • If you wish to make an exchange within 7 days, your item must be in the same condition as when you first received it. 
  • Please note that you will be responsible for any and all return shipping costs. You will not be responsible for return shipping costs if the item you are returning is damaged.
  • Customized (engraved) merchandise are not allowed for refund/return/exchange.
