How long does delivery takes?

Orders are normally dispatched within 1 -3 days, and take between 1 - 3 weeks to be delivered subject to country.

How can I track my order?

After order is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking information. It may takes 1 -2 days to update the tracking details.

What if my order is lost or damaged?

We will be happily replace or refund your order accordingly.

Do you deliver to my country?

We delivery mostly all countries around the world, shipping costs may vary, and it will be shown at checkout.

Are all of my products in the order sent together?

Most of the time, all products will be sent together.

Note: By default, only one gift box per order, shall you need more gift box, kindly drop us a note.

Where are your product delivery from?

We only cooperate with trusted manufacturer and distributor. Majority of our product are delivered from Asia due to its competitive advantages (better quality and lower price)

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes we offer free shipping subject to total order amount and promotions.

Can I return my order?

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
